Thanks Edith for the advice, it really sped things up.

We called the Mater Mother’s Hospital at 5.50 am. Mmmm… I just realised that Mater means ‘mother’ and mother means mother of course. So the Mater Mother’s hospital translates into…. ishhh… distracted pulak.

Anyway, pain is about 5-7 minutes apart, lasting about 30 – 45 seconds. Severity had increased to 4/10. Things really felt like it progressed after taking on Edith’s advice. Lynn, who was on the other side of the phone agreed, we’re in established labour.Her advise, wear a pad, have breakfast, if the pain gets too much, call to come in. If labour progress further, call again. Thanks Lynn.

Mak Yang had made the keria, Ijat had showered. Unfortunately the camera charger turned out to be a battery charger. Anyway…. Everyone had performed their Fajr prayer.

I’d be going to the hospital at 7.30 am…. maybe I’ll bring the rest of the team there with me.
